Comprehensive Healing
Learn to be a Master
Dynamic Therapies is a collection of Continuing Education for massage therapists that meet the CCHPBC learning goals. A great place to learn Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST), Treatment for TMD (Simply TMJ) and more courses to treat the spine and pelvis.
The courses are really workshops with a strong component of hands-on participation. Each course comes with a detailed manual for future reference. The goal of Dynamic Therapies is to enhance the education, skills and strategies necessary to meet the unique challenges of a leading practice.
Whether your goal is to upgrade your skills to promote your practice aspirations, change your career path, or explore a new area of interest, you can transform our experience into your advantage.

Be the First to Know About My Guided TMJ/TMD Self-Help Program
If you’ve been dealing with jaw pain, tightness, headaches, or other TMJ/TMD symptoms — I’m creating something that could help. And I’d love to get your input while I build it.
I’m working on a step-by-step, at-home program designed to help you:
- Understand what’s really going on with your jaw
- Do simple, safe self-assessments
- Learn gentle daily routines to reduce pain and improve function
- Make small but powerful changes that actually stick
- It will be built for real people — not just therapists — so you can follow it without needing special equipment or complex anatomy knowledge.
Here’s why you should join the early-interest list:
- You’ll hear first when the program opens
- You’ll help shape the content by sharing what’s most important to you
- You’ll get exclusive early-bird pricing if you decide to join
There’s no obligation to buy — just a chance to be part of the creation process and get early updates.
Muscle Energy Technique Mentorship
Starting October 31, 2026
A Once-in-a-Lifetime Opportunity to Learn MET In Person
After more than 30 years in clinical practice and over 25 years of teaching, I am bringing together the Muscle Energy Therapy knowledge, techniques and clinical reasoning I have developed throughout my career into one intensive, five-weekend mentorship program.
This is the only time I will offer this mentorship.
I am also uncertain whether I will teach Muscle Energy Therapy in person again. If you have wanted the opportunity to learn MET directly from me, this may be your only chance.
More Than Learning Techniques
Muscle Energy Therapy is not simply a collection of techniques. The real value comes from understanding what you are feeling, what you are trying to change, which technique to choose and how to integrate it into treatment.
Throughout the mentorship, we will work together in a small-group, hands-on environment so that I can help you develop both your technical skills and your clinical reasoning.
You will learn how I assess and treat many of the areas I work with every day in practice.

The Spine
Develop a more precise approach to assessing and treating somatic dysfunctions throughout the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.
Learn how to identify specific restrictions and use MET to restore mobility and range of motion rather than simply applying a generalized technique to an area.

The Pelvis: Ilia & Sacrum
The pelvis: Pubic, ilia and sacrum can be some of the most challenging areas to assess and understand.
We will break down the mechanics, assessment and treatment of pelvic and sacral dysfunction so you can approach these areas with greater clarity and confidence.

Ribs & Thorax
Learn to assess individual rib restrictions and understand how they relate to spinal mechanics, breathing and the function of the surrounding regions.
You will develop practical MET strategies that can be immediately integrated into your treatments.
Learn the Thinking Behind the Technique
Over five weekends, we will have the time to go beyond simply demonstrating techniques.
You will see how I work through a clinical problem, how I decide what is significant, how I choose an appropriate MET technique and how I reassess to determine whether the treatment actually changed what I intended it to change.
You will also receive access to my online MET courses, allowing you to review techniques between mentorship weekends and continue reinforcing what you have learned.
Five Weekends of Hands-On Learning
October 31 – November 1, 2026
November 21 – 22, 2026
January 16 – 17, 2027
February 20 – 21, 2027
April 3 – 4, 2027
This Is the One
There will not be another MET Mentorship.
And when these five weekends are finished, I may step away from teaching Muscle Energy Therapy in person altogether.
If learning MET from me has been something you have wanted to do, this is the opportunity to do it.

Simply TMJ
Your doorway to Mastering the temporomandibular joint. This is a comprehensive workshop on the joint itself and the soft tissues involved and how to become a TMD Specialist.

Cranial Sacral Therapy
CST Courses including Introduction to Cranial, Basic Cranial and our Mentorship Program that teaches Cranial Mandibular Orthopedics.

Muscle Energy Technique
MET is an osteopathic technique that uses contract/relax for correcting somatic dysfunctions in the Thoracic and Lumbar Spines as well as increasing function of the sacroiliac joints and aligning the Ilia (pelvis).

Fascial Facet Treatment
Offers two distinct methods of correcting somatic dysfunctions (AKA spinal joint restrictions) that are gentle and easy to perform. Clients appreciate the gentleness. Practitioners enjoy the ease of integration with other techniques.

Sacral Balancing
Using osteopathic principles to assess and treat the joints of the pelvis and give insight into which piriformis muscle(s) to treat.

Mindfulness
Often called Grounding & Vitality, mindfulness can give you strategies to deal with feelings of being overwhelmed by your clients negativity.
Root of the Neck: Motion, Alignment, and Function
Discover one of the most overlooked — and powerful — regions in the body.
The Root of the Neck is where the cervical spine, thoracic inlet, ribcage, and clavicle meet — a crossroads of movement, breath, and stability.
In this new course, you’ll explore how these structures work together, how to identify where motion is restricted, and how to restore balanced mechanics through thoughtful assessment, soft-tissue work, and joint mobilization techniques.
This class is for therapists ready to see the upper body in a new way — beyond isolated muscles — and start integrating the neck, ribs, and clavicle into a unified approach.
If you’re ready to break out of old patterns and learn something that will truly elevate your practice, this is the place to start.
Join us for Root of the Neck — and rediscover the foundation that connects head, neck, and upper body function.
